A: For stockage samples, we could send out within 2 business days.
For customized samples, it is takes around 5-7 business days.
Q6: How long is your mass production lead time?
A: Without customized request around 5-10 business days.
For 1st customized order, mass production time around 15-20 business days.
For repeat customize order, around 10-15 business days.
Q7: What‘s your warranty policy?
A: All the products are 100% inspect by QC, we offer 13 months guarantee for the defective products due not caused by users.We could help to fix it free. It is provided from the date of delivery, spare parts and spare units could also be supplied.
